All Main Utilities (electric, gas, heat, hot water) are provided in Oakwood Manor.
Phone & cable are paid for by the resident.
A phone is mandatory due to our intercom entrances at each community.
Pets
Cats welcome (maximum two).
Dogs are not allowed
$200 non-refundable pet depost/fee
$15/mo. pet rent for 1 cat & $25/mo. for 2 cats.
Garage/Parking
Garage spaces available at Oakwood - $40 monthly rental.
Free open parking in back parking lots & on-street parking.

Emergency Maintenance
Packages are received at the office in Oakwood. You may pick them up during office hours, M-F 9-5.
Free copy and fax services available in the office.
